Handcrafted Rice Dumplings

Celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival with Raffles Hotel Singapore and indulge in a captivating new selection of handcrafted sweet and savoury rice dumplings by 藝 yì by Jereme Leung.

Masterfully curated by MasterChef Jereme Leung, each creation is a contemporary interpretation of tradition, thoughtfully composed with an artful blend of classic flavours and unexpected ingredients. This season, savour dumplings that are as refined as they are flavourful, each a celebration of culinary craftsmanship.

Online orders for Rice Dumplings must be made 2 days in advance

From 12 May to 31 May 2025, the rice dumplings will be available for delivery and self-collection.
