Celebrate heartwarming Lunar New Year reunions with family and associates at 藝 yì by Jereme Leung. Our exquisite creations, available à la carte or in thoughtfully designed set menus, showcase provincial Chinese delicacies and exclusive Lunar New Year specialties.

Choose from four set menus: Prosperous, Abundance, Opulence and a specially curated Vegetarian Set Menu. Each feast features a signature Yu Sheng, accompanied by Chef Jereme Leung’s signature Yunnan rose dressing. Delight in a series of festive dishes, including Poached Squid with Arrowhead, Black Moss, Ginger & Scallion Sauce, and Steamed Spotted Garoupa with Chicken Essence, Luffa Melon, Cured Meat & Shao Xing Wine. Conclude your dining experience with a refreshing Kumquat & Sour Plum Sorbet, complemented by Peach Gum & Lemon Grass Jelly.
